Caledonian is proud to announce the release of its second CD, entitled
"For Spacious Skies". This album captures the new sound of the
Mesa Caledonian Pipe Band. Listeners will hear some newer compositions
by members of the band, strong competition sets, all-time favorites and
some classic pipe tunes with a new flavor! Some of the tracks feature
our own band members on guitars and different percussion instruments.
The band worked hard on this album, attending several recording sessions between September and November of 2002. The recordings were made in the great acoustics of the sanctuary of St. Mark's Episcopal Church, the band's practice hall. Some photos are now online with more to come.
